Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins. A second car can be parked a 2 min walk away. Cobham - Your Local High Street: Just a 5min drive (or 30min walk) to Cobham High St where you will find: The Ivy, Gail’s bakery, Juice Smith (vegan), Joe & The Juice, Nero, Costa, Waitrose, Coppa Club, Pizza Express, several cafes, Gastro pubs, boutique shopping and more. Loads of tourist attractions nearby: 35mins by train into London Waterloo. A short drive to the famous RHS Wisley Gardens, several National Trust properties, Paddle Boarding, boat hire, cycling including Box Hill, Hampton Court, Wimbledon, Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park, Painshill Park and much more. Clothes washing: If you stay with us for over 5 days and would like your clothes washed and dried, please email me before booking so I can confirm we’ll be around to do this for you, and if not, there is a great laundrette in Cobham who will wash, dry & iron everything (no waiting time, just drop off and collect). Electric Car Charging: An EV charger is available on request - please ask before use. Other things to note Is the studio separate from the main house? Most guests never see or hear us because the studio is fully self-contained and is only connected to the main house via an L-shape. The studio has its own front door and a storage room that sits in-between our house and the studio with 2 locked doors in between. Is the studio lockable from the inside and outside? Yes, there are two doors and windows which are all lockable from the inside. As a female host, who travels with work, making our guests feel safe in a new place is important to me. The area is also very safe to walk around and all our neighbours are incredibly lovely. What about noise levels? Feel free to turn the music up as loud as you wish!
