It’s a simple setup—great for enjoying fresh air and time together. Note: The backyard is shared. ✶ THE LOCATION ✶ Close to everything, without being in the middle of it. You’re just minutes from Portage Lakes, restaurants, and local attractions. Firestone Country Club, area hospitals, universities, and Akron-Canton Airport (CAK) are all nearby. The Pro Football Hall of Fame and Blossom Music Center are also a short drive away. Guest access A unique door code will be provided prior to arrival for easy self check-in. You’ll have full private access to the home and interior spaces. Other things to note - The backyard is shared with another unit - This home is on well water - Do not drive or park on the grass due to a septic system ($500 fee if violated) Please Note: A new septic system was recently installed at the property to improve the home’s infrastructure. As a result, a portion of the front yard has been regraded and is awaiting new grass. Until the lawn is re-established (approximately sometime in late August/September 2026), you may notice bare soil in part of the front yard.
