Beautiful 18th century Cévennes estate -Pool/Wif

Beautiful and very comfortable family house surounded by 300 acres of land, 3000 ft2 indoors, with outdoor pool, pétanque lane, ping pong. Le Domaine du Chat is close to several touristic locations (castle ruins, museums, steam train, grottos) as you can see in the guide below. Accommodates up to 16 (airbnb upper limit) The space The property has been in the family since the 19th century. The house is surrounded by an olive grove, fruit trees, a vegetable garden, oak woods, pine trees and a lovely prairie. Access is through a gate. Shops are within 15mn by car. This is the perfect place to come alone, as a couple, with your family or with friends. Maximum capacity is 18 + 1 baby The main level is accessible step-free. It contains a living room, dining with terrace, a well equipped kitchen with a loggia, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a smaller double bedroom, and toilets. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a shower room, toilets, and a very large family room that sleeps 4 (perfect for kids). On the lower level there is a separate appartment for four, available for parties exceeding 14, with a double bedroom, a living room with a pull-out couch, shower and toilet, and kitchen. Between the house and the pool there is a separate room with shower and toilet. The secluded pool is gated and has a beautiful view of the valley. The house is equipped with a BBQ. Sheets and bathing towels are provided. You can hike on the property grounds or on several nearby trails. The house has Wifi, TV, and decent mobile phone coverage. In rooms 1, 2, 3 and 7 (see pics below), the beds can be configured in ‘King Size’ or two separate beds. The house if very comfortable for up to a maximum of 18 guests + 1 baby (a wooden crib is provided). We have a strict limit of 18 vacationers (adults + children) as our septic tanks and hot water system will not handle more.
