The space The apartment features a spacious layout with an open-concept living and dining area, complemented by soft carpeting and neutral tones throughout. The kitchen is efficiently designed with ample cabinet space, essential appliances, and a convenient pass-through for added openness. Bedrooms are generously sized with good closet space, and the bathroom offers a clean, simple design. Additional touches like in-unit laundry and functional storage areas enhance everyday convenience. Guest access Residents enjoy a well-rounded community designed for both convenience and recreation. Stay active in the fitness center, unwind at the clubhouse, or take advantage of outdoor spaces like the playground, tennis court, dog park, and walking trails. Everyday needs are made easy with on-site management, maintenance, package services, and laundry facilities, along with a business center for added productivity. Other things to note **Other Things to Note** **Pet Policy** * Maximum of 2 pets per reservation * No aggressive breeds * Weight limit: 50 lbs * $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee * We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community **Mid-Term Stay Prep** We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available. Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed. **Maintenance Access** * **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed. * **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage. **Occupants & Guest Policy** * The main occupant must match the name on the reservation * The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home **Mailbox Access** * Available upon request; not guaranteed * May take up to 24 business hours to activate * Requires a $35 refundable key deposit **Community Guidelines** * Please respect shared spaces and amenities * Keep noise to a minimum during late hours * Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean Thank you for choosing to stay with us—we look forward to hosting you!
