Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. The space This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium offers 1,350 square feet (125 sqm) of comfortable single-level living in a convenient ground-floor corner location near Fanny Hill and the ski/snowboard storage racks. Built into the hillside, Unit C1A features a private patio accessible from the living area, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The open-concept living area includes a cozy gas fireplace, a dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with additional seating for four at the island. A Queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space. Primary Bedroom: King bed and ensuite bath with shower Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed Guest Bedroom 2: 1 Twin bed + 2 Bunked Twin beds Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway with a tub/shower combination Additional amenities include floor fans for comfort during warmer months, and access to two onsite laundry rooms with coin-operated washers and dryers (no in-unit machines). Please note: Timberline Condominiums does not have elevators. Assistance with luggage is available upon request. Air conditioning and pets are not permitted to ensure comfort for all guests. Guest access Entire private condo plus Timberline Condominium amenities. Please, make yourself at home. Other things to note The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact throughout the stay. You will be asked to provide a credit card for incidental purposes such as room charges, damages, or parking. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
