The Holiday Home "La Finestra sulle Eolie" is a villa on three terraces located on a degrading relief in a green valley that has the sea and the Aeolian Islands as its backdrop. Easily accessible from the S.Stefano di Camastra highway exit (Palermo/Messina highway). It is located in an olive grove and orchard of 16,000 square meters and consists of four distinct and autonomous apartments, of various sizes and equal perspective. Panarea: large bedroom with window overlooking the Aeolian Islands, parquet floor, and ceramics by S. Stefano di Camastra, living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed and large bathroom with shower. Outside, a large private terrace with iroko flooring with sofa and armchairs. On the right side of the terrace there is a wooden canopy with a table and chairs to complete the outdoor furniture for lunches or dinners in perfect relaxation. Lipari: large bedroom, large living room kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, equipped sink/outdoor barbecue. The apartment is completed with a large glass veranda of about 25 square meters with a large table, chairs and a wood stove. Another ceramic wood-burning stove inside the apartment. Vulcano: single room with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with hydromassage shower and private terrace equipped with armchairs, table, chairs and a private barbecue. Salina: studio apartment with a kitchenette, a double bed, and a sofa (click-clack system) to accommodate a child. The latter is located in a separate room, bathroom with shower and small private patio. All apartments are equipped with one or two air conditioners, embellished with ceramics by S. Stefano di Camastra, private barbecue and ceilings with exposed beams. Guests have common areas at their disposal: the large equipped terrace (wifi area) on the first level where you can read a book or sip an aperitif sitting on comfortable armchairs, a barbecue area also equipped with a large rustic table for convivial moments and barbecues and a solarium area. The apartments are furnished and equipped, have a fridge and induction hobs, and are provided with linen for all guests for 7 days or a fraction thereof, and the cost is included in the price. For the following days/weeks, a change of linen will be provided at €18 per person per week or fraction thereof. The costs for the consumption of energy, water and linen are included in the daily rate of the apartment. Final cleaning fees are excluded. These are added by AIRBNB in the final cost. In addition to the 13 beds in the four apartments, 2 beds/beanbags can be added at a cost of €15.00 per night each, which will normally be added by Airbnb at the time of booking. After 12:00 am, in the absence of any communication, it will be considered a LACK OF PRESENCE.
