The Little Dolphin has been our vacation home for many happy years-and now we are sharing this tranquil space with verified guests. 2 blocks to the brilliant white sand beach , "sea" to the bottom emerald water with its' murmuring surf and gentle breezes. Just one+ mile to the breathtaking dune lakes, amazing bike paths, unique shops and world class restaurants along 30-A as well as Pier Park 25 Yrs+ to book. The space Super cool Beach Cottage is uber comfortable and welcoming and is only a 2 block walk up Dupree Street to the world renown pure white sand beach and emerald water. All electric heating, air, cooking and hot water. In front is a spacious porch with a seating area complete with bistro chairs and side table as well as a glasstop table with 2 more super comfy sturdy chairs. On most nights you can hear the Gulf waves and feel the breeze..and the outdoor open to the sky showerhouse is awesome! Cool new patio, grill, table, chairs and connecting walkway. We have a ton of recommendations for fun stuff to do on the Guidebook . Perfect for couples, business travelers, friends and small families. Beach cart, 3 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 3 super sized beach towels and beach umbrella now provided to enhance your beach time. Umbrella drinks not included lol (but starter coffee pods OR starter ground coffee/filters, cream and sugar are). One full bath with shower/tub combo and one shower house with hot water (exterior). Update: 55" Samsung Smart TV now in living room. smaller Samsung Smart TV now in master- bring your Netflix and Amazon Prime Video codes. Sofa bed in the living room. Guest access The parking pad out front can handle 2 mid size suv's with adjacent street parking if needed. Interior entry is through the door on the right side of the house (where the lockbox is located). Other things to note Trip insurance may be purchased- and is strongly. Do not sit on furniture with wet bathing suit or clothing. Bike rental available 1 block away at Beachside Resort SOME CHILD SAFETY MEASURES TAKEN SUCH AS ANTI TIP BRACKET ON STOVE AND OUTLET SAFETY COVERS ON MOST OUTLETS BUT THERE ARE some CORDED BLINDS, NO CABINET OR TOILET LOCKS , NO CRIB AVAILABLE AND SOME FURNITURE THAT MAY MAKE THE SPACE UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR CHILD. We furnish STARTER ONLY: paper towels , dish soap, toilet tissue and dishwasher detergent , body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We now furnish 3 modest beach chairs, beach umbrella, oversized beach towels -and a beach caddy on the front porch that will help you get your stuff to the beach. Cooler with wheels is also provided (on front porch). Also now provided at no charge: fresh ground coffee upon request, starter creamer, starter Keurig pods, sugar and coffee filters (all enough for your first cups only). The NW Beaches Airport is just 15 minutes away. State sales tax is required at the time of booking. If it is determined that more than the allowed maximum of people are staying at the property the guest will be subject to an overage fee of $100 per person per night and or expulsion for all guests.
