It is secluded and quiet, making it ideal for a truly relaxing time. It can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum). It includes: => On the ground floor - an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, classic coffee maker and Dolce Gusto machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster) Then you go down a few steps. - A living area with a sofa bed (140 cm wide), armchair and TV (DTT channels, Canal+, etc.) - WC => Upstairs - Two bedrooms, One with a double bed 160 x 190, closet The other with a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm and a walk-in closet - bathroom with shower, sink and toilet We do not have a washing machine in the gîte, but there is a launderette in the village. GARDEN Outside, in a quiet setting, a flower-filled courtyard (about 25 m²) awaits you. A table and chairs as well as a barbecue are at your disposal for your summer meals. LINENS Bed linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are included in the price. The beds are made upon arrival. When you book for: - 2 persons, we prepare only one bed, the 160 cm bed. - 3 or 4 people, we make up the 140 cm bed and the 160 cm bed !! The 140 cm sofa bed is prepared only when there are 5 or 6 people. CLEANING The cleaning fee (mandatory) of €50 will be payable upon arrival. VEHICLES Free parking is available a few meters from the house. You can put your bicycles in the secure cellar. It is strictly forbidden to charge your vehicle using the house's electricity, as the electrical capacity does not allow it. Suitable charging stations are within 10 minutes. WHAT TO DO? SUMMER AND HEAT WAVE The house is not equipped with air conditioning, but we do our utmost to offer you the best possible comfort. Two fans are available to you, and we air out the house in the morning and close the shutters before your arrival.
