The Annexe - East Hampshire & the South Downs

Welcome to our Annexe. It is a modern, self-contained 2 storey accommodation with a modern fully fitted kitchen (and appliances), living area, gallery bedroom (with double bed) and ensuite. Built in 2013, the annexe is accessed via a private entrance. Free on street parking is available. The Annexe is located in a quiet residential close, approximately 1.1 miles from Petersfield High Street. The space The internal layout is very simple but spacious (approximately 50 square metres of floor area). On the ground floor there is a living area with two comfortable leather sofas - ideal for relaxing in after a day out in the surrounding countryside. For those rainy evenings, there is a 40" TV and DVD player. We also have a small DVD collection, covering all tastes and genres. Over looking the rear garden is the kitchen area with breakfast bar. It is fitted with a 4 ring convection hob, oven and extractor unit. There is a small selection of saucepans for food preparation, along with a microwave and toaster. Cutlery and crockery is also provided along with complimentary tea and coffee. The kitchen has a fridge (with freezer compartment) and washing machine; iron and board are also provided for your convenience - just in case you need them! Upstairs you will find a roomy gallery bedroom with double bed. There are two built in cupboards for storage. Here you will find the ensuite with large walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. We provide towels and toiletries but please remember to bring your own toothbrush! There is also a hairdryer. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children as there are no stair gates. Guest access Guests will have access to the self contained annexe. We also provide a bench for guest to use in the back garden if they wish to sit outside - ideal for any smokers.
