Hanslope Home with a View

The decor is neutral in colour throughout the property. The styling is very modern and minimalist with a warmth and homely feeling. The neighbourhood is very quiet with plenty of friendly neighbours. The village has 3 pubs, an off-license local mini-store, a newspaper shop and a post office. We are less than 1 mile from Hanslope Park. Milton Keynes centre and Northampton town centre are both 12 miles away and approx 15/20 mins by car. Milton Keynes central station is 20 mins away too. The space Suitable for one person only. You will have access to a private double sized bedroom that has a double bed in, along with a double wardrobe and shelving unit. There is a bedside drawer unit too. The bedroom has a lock on it for your use only. Attached right next to the bedroom is a shower room which is dedicated for your use only. The room also has a lock on it that you can use to close it from the inside while using the shower room. The shower is a thermostatic shower with a rain shower head above and a separate hand held spray unit. The shower has plenty of power as it is fed from a 'megaflow' style boiler unit. You can use the wifi, use the kitchen and dinner and wash your clothes in the utility room. The driveway is large enough to park two cars on it, however my boys and I tend to park here. There is plenty of street parking available too with not too many restrictions either. The fee you pay covers all electricity, WiFi, heating and water. You may need to consider to take out an insurance to cover your own personal effects if you wish. During your stay I own the property and do live in it with my two sons (23 and 19). We all need to share the living areas together, so I suggest we work out a way to do this when you come to view the property.
