Huge open living, dining, kitchen with separate bedroom and bathroom, all looking out onto nothing but “trees” !!! More than 2 guests ? Plenty of space in this unusually large living area to add a king and/or twin bed for an additional charge. No cleaning or pet fee :) 10% discount for one week stays. Our space offers 5G WIFI , cable TV, a comfortable work space and is suitable for children. Well behaved, well cared for pets are welcome at Inn The Trees. Off street parking for 2 cars. From the guest parking you walk down large stone stairs to your private guest apartment. The kitchen has island seating for 2 and small kitchenette appliances. There is no stove but we have tons of small appliances and an additional fridge/freezer in the cedar closet. It is fully stocked with dish-ware, pots, pans and plenty of cooking utensils. Laundry facilities are available in the main house and can be arranged for long term guests. Drive less than 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati and a few minutes more to the Great American Ballpark, Western & Southern Open Tennis and Kings Island. Less than 30 minutes to Riverbend Music Centre and just a 10 minute drive to Kenwood Towne Centre, the tri-state’s premier enclosed shopping mall. 1.2 miles gets you to Summit Park, a 130-acre world-class park with walking paths, an observation tower and a unique playground and nature playscape for children of all ages. It has a one-of a-kind pavilion that includes a large, covered patio and four excellent local restaurants ( dog friendly on the patios ) Walking distance to Blue Ash public Golf Course, Cooper Creek Event Centre, UC Blue Ash collage and to the side entrance of Gorman Heritage Farm which has 5 miles of hiking trails. You have access to 3 private decks from your guest apartment. The one off the kitchen has a bistro table with seating for 2, perfect for morning coffee. There is also a deck directly off the living area with 2 x comfy sofas, best for watching the sunset. Another on the lowest level which has 2 x two seater sofas for you to enjoy at any time. If you are open to it, we will welcome you, Covid style, from afar ! While our guests are visiting we close off the entire woodland garden for your exclusive use. Our dog Ziva is confined to the upper paddock area. Please enjoy our beautiful, unstructured, woodland garden and accompany your children for safe play. Please inform us if you plan to travel with your pet so we can set up accordingly. Note, there is no railing on either side of the large stone stairway that leads down to your guest apartment.
