Upstairs 7 bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms (5 double rooms) and 1 small room 1 pers bed 90 X 190 cm + all the equipment for 4 babies: 2 beds 60 X 150 cm -up to 5 years-, travel bed + bed-bench in +, soft baby park, bath and 2 new bath chairsborn and baby, toys... And 1 very large and beautiful bright dorm-games room with 6 white patinated bunk beds or 12 beds 1 person, toys. So 23 beds (very nice for a small number of people) new comfortable bedding, large closets available in each room. 3 large bathrooms, 2 separate toilets. Dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Lingerie. House well heated in winter. On the ground floor: - English lounge: games room for teenagers and adults: billiards, darts. - Moroccan lounge: new big TV, Wii, DVD, library, board games, reading room and rest. - Main living room of 50m2 with large fireplace, piano. - Large bright stone kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped (including Thermomix, Nespresso coffee,...). Internet connection. Outside: - Large terrace (exceptional relaxing view of the hilly countryside) for aperitif/ lunch/ dinner and roller skating, skate... - Large pool 6m X 12m (secured by fence with gate opening from the inside), without any vis à vis, to be used under the supervision of an adult, nice outdoor shower warm. House 500m from the road so no danger for the little ones. From the large room, you can see the mountain range of the Pyrenees. Very quiet. Cleaning after you leave. Arrival time: 5 pm Departure time: 10am for weekly rental, 16 pm for weekend rental. Sheets, large quality towels, bath mats, tea towels and bibs provided on request at a price of 400 € (package) per week only. This is an option to pay on the site. All amenities in the village at 2 km (caterer butcher Capel, large supermarket open all day and Sunday morning, quality bakeries, primeur and organic department store, butchers, local market, beauty institute, service station, pharmacy, medical and dental office, osteopath, garagiste, etc...). We have therefore decided to rent it when we are not there and thus optimize our equipment and services by positioning ourselves towards the high end.
