Small room, overnight stay or student

This is a small room which fits perfect if you commute on a weekly basis or if you are a student. We will share kitchen and livingroom. You will basically have the bathroom to yourself, we only shower there, me and my son have a small WC of our own. Please note I will not supply shampoo and shower soap. Close to public transport, only 25 min to Stockholm center, close to the lake, forest and nature. Perfect if you go to Kista uni - there is a direct bus! One set of sheets and towels included. The space Small room, approximately 7m2, for rent as part of the apartment. Wardrobe, bed and desk in the own room. Access to kitchen, bathroom and living room of course - why it is important that we "click". Free use of all appliances and stuff in the kitchen. No need to bring anything. We have a lovely patio where one can just sit and enjoy or eat. 5 min walk to the lake with public beach. The bus to the commuter train is just outside, it takes about 5 min to the train with bus. Walking to the train is about 15 minutes. Please note this is the suburbs. It is closer to nature than to city center. Going in to Stockholm take maybe 35-45 minutes with public transport. Guest access Included: WiFi. Electricity. One set of sheets and towels. Use all the utensils in the kitchen (pots, pans etc). You will have your own pantry, drawer in the freezer and we will share the fridge. Not included: laundry detergent, food, shampoo etc. Laundry room outside in a shared facility. Cleaning lady come every second week to do basic cleaning. In between you are responsible for you own room and we share the cleaning of kitchen and shower. During your stay I live here with my 17 year old son. Sometimes we have guests, sometimes we are away, mostly we are at home. A regular family!
