The space This spacious three-bedroom beachfront home offers comfort, flexibility, and stunning coastal views. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, and another with two king single beds that can be converted into a super king upon request. The third bedroom, located downstairs, features a double bed—perfect for added privacy. The home boasts a large, fully equipped kitchen, along with an open-plan dining and living area designed to make the most of the breathtaking scenery. Enjoy sweeping views stretching from Redcliffe across to Moreton Island and the Port of Brisbane. Downstairs also includes a generously sized laundry with full amenities for your convenience. Step out onto the beautiful balcony overlooking the Bay - an ideal spot to relax, soak up the sea breeze, and unwind with a glass of wine. There is also a lovely office upstairs off the kitchen, perfect to catch up on work-related emails, or for the kids to play games. If you require additional rooms, there is a separate studio downstairs which is also available to book on Airbnb. It has its own separate ensuite, living/dining area, and kitchenette. It also has its own private courtyard area and designated parking space in front of the courtyard. This is completely separate to the upstairs house. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the 4 bay garage on the left-hand side. The concrete pad in front of the gated area is for guests who may be staying in the one-bedroom studio which is entirely separate to the rest of the house. Upon arrival, please enter via the white front door. There is a keylock to the right of the front door. The access code will be provided closer to your arrival. A garage remote will also be included. You may also enter via the internal garage up your own private back stairs. Other things to note There is a Google upstairs in the library area. If you'd like to play music, please just say, "Hey Google, please play music."
