A warm welcome to the Erzgebirge! Our vacation apartment "de kleene" is located in the heart of the Erzgebirge and is on the ground floor of a barn converted into a residential building. Our small, cozy apartment is ideally suited for 2 people. Another bed for a child or baby is easily possible. The apartment has a hallway, living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. Of course, there is a separate entrance, Wi-Fi and a parking space. The space The apartment is 35 sqm and has hallway, living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with shower and toilet. The adjoining garden area can of course be used. Garden furniture is available in the summer months. A charcoal grill can be rented if needed. For kids, play opportunities are available in the garden. The use is your own responsibility. And if you need a little more space: Simply combine our vacation apartments "de kleene" and "de gruuße" to create your perfect vacation home. Guest access The entire apartment "de kleene" is at your disposal. You share an additional entrance area with the apartment "de gruuße" upstairs. Each apartment of course has a separate lockable access. Other things to note A car parking space on the property is free of charge. The apartment has Wi-Fi. The interior of the apartment is barrier-free. In the outdoor area there are occasional steps. Baby equipment is available on request. The playground in the garden may be used at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children. Unfortunately no animals of all kinds are exhausted. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. In Mildenau you will find many things of personal needs in the immediate vicinity. For example, you don't need a three-minute walk to the nearest bakery. Shopping markets, doctors, gas station and ATM are only one kilometer away from your apartment. Right behind the vacation apartment, fields and farmland begin with a direct view of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Pöhlberg Mining Landscape." Ideal for your excursions into nature, for hiking or cycling. The outdoor swimming pool is located in the valley and can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. You can reach the mountain towns of Annaberg-Buchholz and Marienberg as well as other attractions (mines, castles, churches, museums) in no time by car.
