Apartment Friedrich "de gruuße" Erzgebirge

A warm welcome to the Erzgebirge! Our apartment is in the heart of the Erzgebirge and is located on the 2nd floor of a barn converted into a residential building. The apartment is ideal for families. The rooms are modern and high-quality. The highlights of this apartment are the balcony, fireplace, sleeping alcove and the garden with a spacious play area. The space The apartment is 80 m² and has two hallways, a living area, a family kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There are TVs in the living area and in the bedroom. The fireplace in the living area is operated in an environmentally friendly manner with pellets, which are provided on request. In summer, the balcony with appropriate equipment invites you to linger on long summer evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an additional counter and a dining table group. Sleeping arrangements are very flexible. The bedroom has two sleeping places as well as two pull-out beds for smaller children. In the hallway, the sleeping alcove is ideal for a larger child. Alternatively, the couch in the living room can be transformed into a sleeping landscape for two people. Lots of flexible options for a family! Guest access The entire apartment "de gruuße" is at your disposal. The apartment has a balcony. You share an additional entrance area with the apartment "de kleene" on the ground floor. Each apartment of course has a separate lockable access. Other things to note A car parking space on the property is free of charge. The apartment has Wi-Fi. The interior of this apartment is NOT accessible. Baby equipment is available on request. The playground in the garden may be used at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children. Unfortunately no animals of all kinds are exhausted. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. In Mildenau you will find many things of personal needs in the immediate vicinity. For example, you don't need a three-minute walk to the nearest bakery. Shopping markets, doctors, gas station and ATM are only one kilometer away from your apartment. Right behind the vacation apartment, fields and farmland begin with a direct view of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Pöhlberg Mining Landscape." Ideal for your excursions into nature, for hiking or cycling. The outdoor swimming pool is located in the valley and can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. You can reach the mountain towns of Annaberg-Buchholz and Marienberg as well as other attractions (mines, castles, churches, museums) in no time by car.
