Gran casa Rural, exclusively for large family groups. The house stands out for its great spaciousness in all its rooms: great living room, extraordinary pool, 300 square meters of grass. In weekly stays, check-in will always be on Monday and check out on Sunday or Monday following. This house can accommodate a maximum of 20 people. The space Its geographical location is privileged, as it is located in the Sierra de Posadas, which is part of the Hornachuelos Natural Park, declared a "biosphere reserve." Located just 1.5 km from the city center, 30 km from Córdoba and 100 km from Seville, with an abundant and varied network of connections and transportation options, such as a train station, bus stops and taxi services that connect our house to Córdoba and Seville in less than an hour. The house is designed for a group of people who want to enjoy nature and the rural setting. With a spacious living room (60 m) with a fireplace, it has open and versatile spaces to use as you like. It has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, heating and air conditioning in all rooms, and is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Its exteriors are spectacular, with a large garden area, pool, and outdoor barbecue. The house is rented complete so you can enjoy the accommodation and its surroundings in total privacy. The number of bedrooms available will depend on the number of booked guests. The rooms are distributed and organized to ensure that we can accommodate any request from our guests, with bedrooms that can accommodate 2 or 4 guests with single and/or double beds. The house is fully connected by different means of transportation (train, bus, taxi...) Guest access Beer tap in the BBQ area. Other things to note Firewood for the fireplace is not included in the price of the accommodation. The beer keg for the BBQ tap is not included in the price. It is made upon guest request. A €200 deposit will be charged upon check-in and will be returned after check-out, provided no damage has been caused and the accommodation rules have been followed.
