Welcome to a quiet and centrally located accommodation within walking distance of Umeå Central Station and Nolia, among others. Check-in/check-out via key box with code lock. Free parking in the property's driveway. The space - Private entrance and separate patio. - Fully equipped IKEA kitchen. Of course, we provide coffee and tea. - Bathroom with washing machine. Towels are included. - Double bed 160x200 cm, including bed linen. An air mattress is available as an extra bed. - Projector + soundbar with subwoofer where the roller blind becomes a cinema screen. - Wi-Fi, Ethernet, GoogleTV Streamer (4K). - With the air source heat pump, you always have the right temperature and clean air thanks to an air purifier. Guest access - The adjacent storage room provides space for, among other things, luggage drop-off, a tumble dryer and a high chair. Other things to note - The accommodation (23 m²) is best suited for 1–2 guests. A third sleeping place can be arranged with an electric mattress. The air mattress and bedding set are in the drawer under the bed. - Bicycles are available to borrow, if desired. - EV charging is possible, at an additional cost/kW. - TWO RULES TO FOLLOW: Smoking is not permitted inside the guesthouse, and no pets are allowed on the bed.
