The main level features the kitchen, dining area, living room, sunroom spaces, and a pool table area, creating a comfortable setup for group meals and shared time together. The kitchen is conveniently located near the dining and living spaces for easy access throughout the stay. The home includes multiple bedrooms spread across different levels, with sleeping arrangements suitable for families or groups. Guests will find a mix of private sleeping spaces, shared sleeping areas, and convenient bathroom access throughout the property. There is also a primary bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom space, along with additional bathrooms located throughout the home. Guests can enjoy several indoor gathering areas, a gas fireplace, laundry access, and comfortable spaces to relax after a day by the lake. Outdoors, the property offers scenic lake views, multi-level deck areas, patio seating, a fire pit, charcoal grill, Jacuzzi tub, paddle boat, private dock, and covered boat slip. Main level: 3 queen beds. Second level: 3 bunk beds which is equivalent to 6 twin beds and 1 king bed. Guest access -Garage not available for guest use -Paved path to lake is steep – be careful. -Guests do not have access to boat lift. Other things to note - The house is located on a quiet street, please be courteous of the neighbors and keep noise levels low. - Do not run heating or air conditioning with doors open. - Ensure all windows and doors are locked when checking out. - Parties are not allowed, and will not be tolerated. Guests who violate quiet hours (9pm-8am) will be notified once, and then asked to leave on the second violation. -Park only in driveway. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety. Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
