Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed with prior disclosure and payment of the applicable pet fee. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted during your stay. Please keep dogs leashed in all public areas and clean up after them promptly. Security Cameras The property has 5 exterior security cameras facing outward: one at the side of the home facing the driveway/street, one at the side facing the garage, one at the back facing the backyard, one on the back door facing the exterior entry, and one on the front door facing the exterior entry.
