The inviting living room is the perfect place to gather, featuring comfortable seating and easy access to a river-facing balcony. A bright sunroom with wall-to-wall windows offers a serene space to relax with your morning coffee or unwind after a day of exploring. Kitchen and Dining The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether you're hosting a family dinner or a quiet night in. With ample space and all essential cookware, it’s easy to dine in when you’re not enjoying one of Brockville’s nearby restaurants. Bedrooms and Bathrooms There are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in this home. All linens, pillows, and towels are provided to ensure a seamless stay. Parking: There is space for 4 vehicles. Other things to note Although we love our furry friends, please note this home is not pet friendly. Guests have full access to the dock, which includes stairs that lead directly into the water. The entry is gradual, making it suitable for swimming, and guests are welcome to jump from the dock at their own discretion. Although the home features two fireplaces, they are for decorative purposes only and are not available for guest use. Please be advised that the local noise by-law begins at 10:00 PM; we kindly ask that you respect neighbouring residents by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.
