Nestled in a quiet strip of summer houses just 35 minutes drive from Bergen, this cozy cabin offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether you're meditating by the water, hiking in nearby nature, or enjoying quiet time with loved ones, this cabin invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself and nature. The space 71 m2 / 764 sqft waterfront cabin with stunning and peaceful views for max 5-6 guests The kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom are upstairs 1 bedroom and 1 TV/bedroom are downstairs 35 mins by car/ 60 min by bus from Bergen city centre Available all year, great for activities Terrace, Free parking, High speed Wi-fi, 50 inch smart TV; Netflix, Spotify, Disney+ etc. apps available, All appliances; dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine etc. Cards & board games Inflatable boat available (from April to Nov.) It is perfect for fishing, swimming, walking, running, bicycling (rental available), inflatable boat (2 adults shared available), golfing, picking berries & mushrooms, yoga or simply relaxing. From the floating jetty that is close by, it is short distance to good fishing spots in the fjord. There are also many great swimming and diving spots nearby. Right at the end of the resort there is a small bathing bay that is great for swimming for the little ones. Crabs or lobsters can be caught straight from the pier. There are football banes and fields near the cabin as well. Accessible by car, taxi or public transport all year long. Two Gasoline stations ( Circle K and YX), two grocery stores (Rema 1000 and KIWI), pharmacy, flower shop, Pizza/Kebab/Thai food restaurant/take away and liquor store (Vinmonopolet) are 3 min driving distance away or 20 min walking distance (1.5 km away). Charging station for electric vehicles are located nearby KIWI grocery store, 3 min driving distance. If needed, we can provide airport transfer service within the Bergen area (extra fee applied) Other things to note We provide our guests free of charge to use for as following : 1. One crab/ lobster pot to catch crabs and lobsters. 2. Two fishing sets (one for adult and one for child) for fishing 3. Sevylor Fish Hunter 280 - Inflatable Boat with rod (capacity for 2 adults + 1 child, with 5 air chambers and 1 removable, inflatable seat, for sports Fishing and short rowing trips etc.) and life vests. The inflatable boat is available from April to Nov. Considering potential fire risk, it is not allowed to barbecue on the seaside of the cabin. To make the most of your stay at our cabin and truly soak in the beauty of Norway’s west coast, we highly recommend renting a car. The region is filled with breathtaking fjords, charming coastal towns, scenic viewpoints, and hidden gems that are best explored at your own pace. Having a car gives you the freedom to take spontaneous detours, visit local cafés and galleries, and enjoy the winding roads through Hardangerfjord. Public transport is available, but a car makes it much easier to reach remote spots and enjoy the full experience of this stunning landscape. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, a rental car will help you make unforgettable memories.
