House with great ocean view

Our house is by the water with a fantastic view. Nice and calm with a great range of activities around the corner. Enjoy relaxing by the house, cayaking, walking or exploring one of the picturesque fisherman villages. Shops and restaurants close by. The space We love our place for its location (as the last house on a gravel road) and for its great ocean view. It is located just 90m from the ocean where you can relax, swim and fish either from the rocks or from a kid friendly bay. It is really peaceful by the house, though if you want nice restaurants and get some more activities it is not far away. There are four villages on the island. We completed the house in 2011 so everything is new and well functioning. With the big glass walls and sliding doors it feels like you're outside inside. The house has two bedrooms upstairs (a loft with a double bed and a small bedroom with bunk beds as well as one bathroom with toilet) and one bedroom (double bed, bed/couch underneath) downstairs with its own bathroom with a bathtub, shower and separate toilet. Downstairs is reached by an external staircase. There's a large deck around the house with tables and sun chairs. A Weber charcoal grill. All there to be enjoyed. Other things to note .
