Guesthouse in Austin

This spectacular little one bedroom and one bath house was designed by an architect and interior finishes by a designer (me!). It is located just around the corner from Burnet Road that is lined with bars, shops and restaurants. There is a living room with a loveseat that folds out into a full sized bed. The ceiling is very high and there is a skylight that spans across the room. There is a loft upstairs, however, will not be accessible to guests. The huge slider door opens onto a private gravel patio for your use. There is also a tv. No cable but Apple TV and Netflix. The kitchen has a small under-counter refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner electric cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, electric water kettle and sink. There are plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware and a few pans for your use. There is coffee, sugar, powdered milk, salt and pepper available. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. What makes it unique is that its walls are lined in a Brazillian hardwood. The towels are 100% cotton. Hairdryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet (one for hanging and one with shelves) and tv. The ceilings are high in this room as well and have another skylight that spans across the room. Guest access There is a gate on the side of the house that leads to the guest house.
