It features a bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as an open-plan living room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace and garden. Next to the terrace is a separate laundry room. The large garden, with artificial grass, surrounds the swimming pool and offers plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. At the far end, a lovely covered porch with beautiful mountain views houses the outdoor kitchen and dining area. The terrace by the house also has an outdoor dining area and comfortable seating. There is space to park your car securely within the property. Guest access During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire Villa Evelyn property. The house, garden, swimming pool, terraces and all outdoor areas are completely private and are not shared with other guests or the owners. Enjoy the spacious garden with artificial grass, swimming pool and sun loungers, as well as the terrace next to the house, with an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating area. You’ll also have access to the covered porch with beautiful mountain views and its outdoor kitchen, equipped with a sink, fridge, small freezer and Weber gas barbecue, plus an outdoor dining area. The separate laundry room next to the terrace is available for your use and includes a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. You can also park your car inside the property. Access to the property is easy and fully paved, with no dirt roads, a private entrance and a location that is easy to find using Google Maps. Villa Evelyn is perfect for guests who appreciate privacy, tranquillity and outdoor living: relax by the pool, enjoy the garden, take in the mountain views or share a meal under the covered porch surrounded by nature. As this is a genuine countryside setting, you may occasionally encounter insects, small animals and local wildlife, as well as the natural sounds of the surrounding area. Outdoor spaces may also be exposed to leaves, pollen, wind or dust, all part of staying in a rural environment. The pool and irrigation systems are automated. For stays of 14 nights or more, a brief maintenance visit will be required to check that everything is working correctly. The day and time will always be agreed with you in advance to respect your privacy.
