The house is located in one of the few truly walkable/bikeable areas in the city. It is a short drive to downtown and 10 minutes from the airport. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy! The main floor includes an open living/dining/kitchen space, one bedroom, one full bathroom, and laundry. Upstairs you'll find two more bedrooms, an office space, and the second full bath. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this is a house and we have neighbors (who we like!!). We ask that you treat the property and the neighborhood with respect. If any problems or questions arise we will do our best to answer them ASAP, but there is no one on site 24/7. Although we love pets they are not allowed at the property. Signs of damage or excessive pet hair will result in additional cleaning fees. Street parking can sometimes be difficult on the weekends. For your convenience, parking is located in our back yard and is accessible via the alley behind our home. If you're local to the Birmingham area please contact us before you book.
