In this location you get it all! Close by boat to several restaurants, Haha Tonka state park and Bridal cave. The space Close boat ride to several restaurants and only 15-20 min to town. There's a convenience store 8 minutes away or 2 minutes by boat for missed items. The house is a mid century updated single story home with smart lock keyless entry for check in ease. One open concept living room with large sliding doors to the lake and a fireplace for cozy spring and fall evenings (wood not provided.) Entire house is carpet free. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom is large with en-suite bathroom, sitting area, tv and sliding doors to outside. The entire property very quiet and private. Located on a point with unobstructed views and 220 feet of waterfront access. Also available are 2 kayaks and 3 paddle boards . Some Life jackets may be available but not responsible for correct sizing and fit. If water safety/floatation device is an issue please bring your own. The driveway is steep and can only fit 3 cars maximum at the bottom. There’s space at top of driveway for parking. (At times 2 if jet skis are in garage) Please no smoking! As per multiple requests, a can crusher installed. Who knew!? Guest access Everything except the boathouse Other things to note Smart tv only, please remember to log out! There is a propane bbq but i can’t be responsible for propane since i live too far! Refill available 8 minutes away. Please be understanding of this! Must be 25 to book please. Not baby proofed. Keurig and regular coffee maker with coffee for both types provided as well as basic spices, oil etc. No diving off left side of dock!
