The property is located south of Athens in the hills overlooking the seaside town of Anavyssos, popular for its windsurfing and fish restaurants. A pleasant drive from the property is the famous Cape Sounio 15 min .The house is nestled in a beautiful olive grove with plenty of space for you and your furry friend to roam freely. With a fully fenced property,your dog can safely explore while you relax and enjoy the fresh air. The space On the property there is also a larger house (listing below) which shares the same outside area as this studio. Guest access The house is found on a26 acre olive grove, and has a modern pop-art interior design. The studio itself is ideal for a a couple or two friends.The wooden panelling brings out a cosiness for relaxing holidays all year round.Dogs are allowed only after request.2 bikes are also available but only by request. Other things to note Depending on the wind and other variables some beaches are popular with windsurfers, mostly between Saronida and Anavissos. Anavissos has a long open beach and lots of fish tavernas and is a favorite place for Athenians during the weekends and especially on Sunday. There are a few small scattered beaches between Anavissos and Sounion. In Sounion there is a small beach below the temple with two tavernas , another alternative to going to the islands. What more could you want? A beach, ancient temple and 2 tavernas. Between Sounion and Lavrion are a number of tiny coves and beaches . The adventurous can continue on to Avlaki, Porto Rafti, Loutsa and Rafina, all pretty well built up now, all the way to the beaches of Nea Makri and Schinias(the best beach in my opinion-see daytrips.)
