Close to Warwick Hospital, JLR, Telent, Severn Trent, IBM and motorways. 15min walk to train station, 2min walk to shops and bus stop, 25min walk to Warwick town ctr for all visitor attractions/shops/restaurants/pubs, 5min drive to M40. Free parking on driveway. Kettle/tea/coffee/milk in room as well as microwave with plates and cutlery. Private entrance to the guest space with key. Private en-suite bathroom. The space Private ground floor bedroom in quiet residential street with double ottoman gas lift storage bed and en-suite bathroom situated next to the main house. Private entrance with key available from a key safe so you will be able to come and go as you please. Parking is available on the driveway or on the street directly outside the property. In the space I provide fresh clean bed linen and towels, toilet roll, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap) and a hair dryer. The bed mattress lifts up where you will find storage for luggage etc and extra pillows and blankets if required. There is a kettle with tea/coffee/milk/sugar/sweetener located in the wardrobe, a microwave underneath the bedside table, plates/bowls and some cutlery in the wardrobe drawer and also a selection of plug adapters/chargers, the bedside lamp also features USB points for charging. There is a wall-mounted TV with Roku streaming stick and free WIFI. Please note I have tried to make the best use of the room with the placement of some of the amenities. Please be aware the guest space is next to the kitchen so there will be household noise throughout the day, especially at weekends. Please note there is an internal door from the guest space to the dining room in the main house which is kept locked at all times. Guest access Space offered is room only, there is no access to shared areas. Other things to note I have cats who are also generally around the property however I don’t allow them into the guest space as a matter of courtesy.
