Rental unit in Heckenmünster

Our home is located on the outskirts of a tiny village in the Eifel. We speak English and German. Our rental apartment is small and cozy. There is a kitchen equipped with full size refrigerator, oven, sink, dishwasher, and stove. Dishes, utensils, glasses, and cups are also provided. There are large windows in every room and the equipped with rolling shutters for privacy. The bathroom is small but has a shower, toilet, and small sink. The sofa can be extended for additional sleeping. Guest access Guests have access to the downstairs apartment, the stairs leading from the road to the apartment and patio outside of the apartment. There is a long staircase (50 steps) leading from the parking area to the apartment. Be aware that if you book this apartment you should be able to walk up multiple stairs (50 steps). There is a private driveway but can only used by the hosts. Due to privacy, the driveway will not be used by guests. Parking for guests is a private parking area on the street level. Fits 2 cars. Other things to note The property is protected by video surveillance.
