The space Wall mounted smart TVs in the living room and the bedroom. A newly remodeled walk in shower. Stainless steel upgraded appliances in the kitchen. Sleeps 5: King size bed in bedroom, pull out sleeper sofa in Living room and ottoman unfolds into a twin bed. A family oriented location. There is no smoking in the condo and pets are not allowed. Distance from Beach: Beach is located across a few parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Please see picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to gauge distance. Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This condo is in building 800. Guest access Central heat and air. Electronic door code for flexible check-ins Wi-fi, cable, linens & towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of beach stores within walking distance. There is a BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by. Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 parking pass is included, if needed! Sorry, no pets allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced. Please note: some guests leave items behind in closets. And anything in the condo is fair game to use! However, it’s not a guarantee, as its too hard for us to keep up with.
