You may see birds, insects, or small wildlife, especially near the lake. We have regular pest control, but it is not possible to eliminate this entirely. The lake is part of a private golf course and strictly off-limits. Entering or attempting to access the lake is not allowed under any circumstances. Please do not feed any animals, as this may attract them and create unsafe situations. At night, mosquitoes may be present. To enhance your comfort, exterior lighting is automatically programmed: lights closer to the house dim or turn off at sunset, while lights farther away turn on to draw insects away from the home. You may adjust lighting levels using the dimmers if desired. When using the patio, please keep doors closed to prevent insects from entering. Although the homes are separated, please respect boundaries and do not attempt to access restricted areas near the lake. Fishing is not allowed in this lake.
