Cozy guest house perfect for business or pleasure

75 sqm cozy & modern guest house with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & living area. The perfect setting for business or pleasure visits to Northern Sealand & Copenhagen. Close to the city center, art and culture, parks, public transport (to Copenhagen) as well as golf course. The house is modern & comfortable for two adults. Also ideal for business travelers who need quiet comfort. Basic breakfast products provided. We can stock up the fridge for you and you can have access to laundry facilities. The space Our guest house is an extension to our main house where Niels and I live. We have a beautiful brown Labrador dog who uses the garden. Niels is a hunter which quickly becomes apparent when you enter the guest house because his many, beautiful trophies hang on the walls (please see pictures). The Guest House is one level with only one door in the entire space (to the bathroom). All other rooms are open and there are no door frames. The space has free lying wooden beams which give a good sense of space (please view pictures). The large open kitchen/dining area with dining table opens to the front door and living areas. From the living area, you have access to the bedroom with 2 single beds that can be put together to become one double bed. From the bedroom, there are double doors that open to a patio and looks to the garden. The large bathroom has a beautiful shower and amenities include a hairdryer, shampoo/body soaps and creams. If you have forgotten your toothbrush, we have simple items available for you. The living room has a day bed and 2 chairs , TV (with international channels, including movie channels and Netflix). The kitchen is a full kitchen with all necessary pots/pans/plates/glasses etc. for cooking/baking etc. There is a Quooker for boiling water as well as refrigerator/freezer with ice cubes, full dishwasher - all you could expect in a kitchen. During summer months, you can enjoy a glass of wine in the quiet garden. Laundry facilities can be made available to you during your stay and Iron/ ironing board are available in the house. Guest access You have direct access to the guest house through your own front door from the street. You will receive your own key to the guest house upon arrival (if we are not home when you arrive, the key will be left in the key box by the front door. If you need to wash your clothes during your stay, please let us know and you may have access to the laundry room which is next door with access from the garden.
