Private Ojai Hillside Retreat with Pool & Views

Set on a quiet hillside overlooking Ojai’s west valley, Rancho Estate is a peaceful retreat just minutes from town. With four bedrooms—including a private attached guesthouse—two kitchens, and seamless indoor–outdoor living, it’s ideal for relaxing and gathering. Enjoy a pool, barbecue, outdoor dining, and sweeping views surrounded by rolling hills and avocado trees. The space The home features four comfortable bedrooms, including a private attached guesthouse that offers additional space and flexibility. In the main house, upstairs, the primary suite includes a California king bed, fireplace, and French doors that open to a private balcony with valley views. The ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub and separate shower. Also upstairs is a second bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom with access to the balcony. Downstairs, a queen bedroom is located near the main living areas, along with an additional full bathroom. The attached guesthouse provides an additional private one-bedroom space with its own entrance, complete with a queen bed, full kitchen, living area, washer/dryer and bathroom—ideal for guests seeking extra privacy or a separate space within the property. The living room features a fireplace and French doors that open to the patio, creating easy indoor–outdoor living. The kitchen and dining area make it easy to gather for meals or a relaxed evening at home. Outside, guests can enjoy the private patio with a swimming pool, barbecue, and outdoor dining area. Guest access Guests will have private access to the main house, attached guesthouse, outdoor patio, swimming pool, barbecue area, and surrounding hillside grounds during their stay. The property is part of a larger estate that includes one additional guesthouse located on the far side of the home, which may be occupied during your stay. Each residence has its own entrance and is thoughtfully positioned to maintain privacy. While the layout is designed for separation, there is one shared wall, so occasional sound transfer may be possible. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful and mindful during their stay. Parking is available on the property, and Ojai’s village, restaurants, shops, and hiking trails are just a short drive away. Other things to note Private Wellness Stays Our property is part of a Private Membership Association (PMA), hosted by our ministry, Sacred Ground Ojai. Through intentional hospitality, thoughtful property stewardship and selected space-transformation projects, we create places that are beautiful, peaceful and deeply cared for. After booking, the guest who made the reservation will just need to sign a quick membership agreement (no extra costs). You’re free to cancel your membership anytime after your visit. Pool Heating - Add-on Pool heating is available for 2 day stays ($280), 3 day stays ($350) and an additional $70/day for longer stays. Pets We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. A $95 pet fee applies.
