Abba House, a clean and fresh farmhouse-style 2-bedroom 1-bath open-floor-plan guesthouse. Constructed (2019) with nicely furnished spaces. Country setting on an Arabian Horse Ranch off the beaten path, yet easy close access to Hwy 65 between Springfield and Branson. 5 minutes to The Finley River Historic District, including Finley Farms and The Ozark Mill. Ozark Downtown Square features famous local boutiques, eateries, shops, a Farmers' Market, and much more. The space This is a great private getaway, for a couple of guests to peacefully enjoy! Abba House is a clean, uncluttered, fresh guesthouse with views of the rolling countryside in a private setting. A few beautiful Arabian horses grace the countryside setting. Inside the guesthouse is wholly equipped to cook, bake, or warm up takeout during your stay. Comfy hybrid beds ( Full size) with extra pillows, blankets, sheets, comforters, and throws are in each of the two bedrooms in their spacious walk-in closets. 5G WI-FI, Roku TV, and a stereo in the living room area. A washer and dryer with laundry detergent and cleaning supplies are a welcomed compliment for your immediate laundering needs. Also, a stand-alone clothes drying rack if you don't want to use the dryer! Small sample-size toiletries in the bathroom if you lose your luggage or can get to a store to buy what you might have forgotten! A great front deck with a lighted pergola and outdoor seating is an added pleasure when the weather is nice. A charcoal grill for your use is under the overhang-covered concrete porch. Peaceful, safe, secure, private property to enjoy during your fresh stay! A variety of snacks on the kitchen island are always provided. I also welcome you with fresh-baked cookies just for you on your check-in day. My home is directly across the driveway from the guesthouse, so I am readily available most of the time, yet I respect your private space during your stay! Last but not least, I offer a small discount for returning guests after their first stay! Other things to note ABBA House was furnished and equipped in a way that did not prioritize the safety of babies and toddlers. For example, pointed corners on furniture, cooking and eating utensils at reachable levels, drawers, and cabinets that are not secured, all pose potential hazards for this age group. Please understand that my policy at this time is: no children under the age of 5. We are not concerned about the 5 and over school-aged children, just the babies and toddlers under 5.
