Welcome to La Mignonnette A cozy, romantic, cocooning and peaceful place in the north of Landes. Close to the lake (1.5 km), Bordeaux Merignac (45 mins), Arcachon Dune du Pilat (35 mins) and 100 m from the bike path (SANGUINET/Biscarrosse) Cottage for 3 people, adjoining the main house, NOT ACROSS from the owners, and the terrace area is private as well a reserved parking space. The gîte comprises: - A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and - A mezzanine with a 90 cm bed. -Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower cubicle and storage cabinet (+ hair dryer). - A living room with 3-seater sofa, TV, and WiFi. - Equipped kitchen, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, etc. - A pantry, with fridge-freezer, microwave, and storage. - A private covered terrace not overlooked by the owner, including table and 4 chairs, as well as a swing for two, a barbecue and a relaxation area... - A parking space (closed at night) THINGS TO DO Walking, horseback riding and cycling. All water activities -lake side, swimming of course very safe for children, windsurfing, catamaran, stand up paddle, canoe, pedal boat, dinghy... - ocean side (surfing, surf and swimming school... stand up paddle) OUTINGS - July-August, in SANGUINET night market every Saturday night, and in Biscarrosse beach every night.
