The space The room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, air conditioning, adjacent shower + toilet, quality linens, and ample storage space to ensure a pleasant stay. Guests also have access to the villa's large living area, dining spaces, outdoor seating area, and other shared common areas. The villa is mostly private, as the owner only stays occasionally. Depending on occupancy, you may enjoy much of the property to yourself or share common areas with a small number of other guests. A dedicated 24-hour caretaker is available on-site to assist with any requirements during your stay. Chef services can also be arranged on request, and limited access to the modern kitchen may be available with caretaker approval. Guests can relax in the spacious living room featuring a 50-inch TV with cable channels or unwind outdoors within the secure, gated compound. (bed rooms, balconies in some rooms and toilets/shower) Guests will have access to the shared spaces like all outdoor area, Lounge room, Large living and dining area. In addition there is a a large open outdoor area on first floor available for guests. Kitchen is available for limited guest use with permission from caretaker. First floor guests have their own private balcony and Dining area. Wash and cloth drying area is located at first floor.( Shared area) Kids will love the outdoor swing shaded by trees. Staff will be present in common areas to perform cleaning and house keeping. They will access your private rooms only on request if you need cleaning or linen change PLEASE NOTE THAT LOUNGE, LIVING ROOM( TV ROOM) AND KITCHEN ARE SHARED COMMON ACCESS AREAS. Other things to note The property is strictly no smoking/vaping. Please smoke outside the property if required. Smoking inside will attract additional deodourising charges of Rs1000.
