Bedrooms with a private bathroom and a nice view

A quiet friendly place where both the bedrooms face Denton dene, a beautiful woodland which gives a feel of countryside in the middle of the city. Easy Links to A1 and A69 and ~2 miles from metrocentre. City centre is about 4 miles and 5 miles from the airport. Bus service (Stagecoach Bus No. 1) to the center every 10-15 mins or 10 min drive by car/taxi to the centre. The space I offer a private living space downstairs in addition to the upstairs bedrooms if requested. Me and my husband live in the property. We are friendly and welcoming and the place is quiet. The breakfast is not included but an uncooked breakfast ( cereal/toast ) can be provided on request. If 2 guests want two separate rooms, then put 3 guests in the search section and that will book the second room for an additional charge. Guest access Apart from their own rooms, the guests can access the living room if needed/requested. The guests can use the front garden if they smoke. Kitchen not included. During your stay I am available any time on phone or text and in person when I am home. Depending on your choice, you can either have complete privacy or interaction with us; we are very accommodating. Other things to note The house is bright and airy, has an extended sun room at the back with a nice decking facing south west and offers complete privacy. The parking is free on premises and there is on-street parking available too. There is a bus stop 50 metre away on the opposite side of the road and the number 1 Stagecoach bus takes you to town (one journey is £2.70 approx and the day rider for multiple journeys in the city is £4.00 approx) and the buses are very frequent (10-15 minutes) to the central bus station/town during the weekdays. The return journey from town is number 1 stagecoach bus to Slatyford. The taxis to the town costs around £7 and to the airport just over £12 approximately.
