No parties allowed. - No Loud music at all is allowed outside of the house at any time of the day, evening or night. And no loud noise outside of the house after 9PM - No smoking. If any of the above house rules are violated, by anyone of the guest, the host/property manager will have the right to terminate the rental and any unused nights are non-refundable. -Our check-in manager will meet you at the property and let you sign the rules and regulations form. She will also discuss the house rules upon arrival. Please be ready with your valid IDs as she will ask for them for verification purposes. - The Property has video surveillance cameras placed at the front door area, driveway, and backyard, and are strictly for protection against insurance and theft, and is not being viewed or monitored, and do not have recording storage capability. These cameras are not placed in any private areas such as bedrooms or bathrooms and should you desire to have certain cameras disabled during your stay we can accept this upon request. Noise Aware: The property has been installed with Noise aware device to constantly monitors the noise level in our property and it alerts host and the property manager when a certain noise level is breached. When host/property manager will get an alert, a friendly message will send to the guest immediately to notify them to keep the noise in a minimum level to avoid complaints from neighbors and police involvement.
