The space Spacious 2 bedrooms with separate sitting area/TV room in bright basement with your own private entrance in a Family Home. Queen bed in each bedroom. Sitting/TV Room with a gas fireplace, 40"HD TV cable and access to Netflix. Table and chairs for eating, playing games, or a work station. The Bathroom has elevated toilet, walk-in shower with 'rain' shower head and moulded seat. Dishes, utensils, full size refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and microwave available for your use. Coffee and tea supplied. THERE IS NO STOVE FOR COOKING. Bring your own food in or use Skip the Dishes or Door Dash app. We may need occasional access to the laundry and the storage rooms downstairs during your stay. Guest access Parking on Premises. Please park on right side of the driveway. You will have your personal key code for the door lock on the garage and basement door for access to your living area. We live upstairs and you will have the downstairs to yourselves. If you are staying longer than a week, we will have to make arrangement for time for us to use the laundry. The Pool and Patio may be shared in the summer. Only registered guests allowed to use the pool. Pool Use at your Own Risk. Adult Supervision Mandatory for your children. Bring your own children’s floaters. Pool towels are supplied. If you intend to have infants use the pool bring your own water-wings and disposable swim pants. There is a toilet in the pump house.
