Description
Welcome to Number 4 , our modern and stylish holiday apartment in Bridlington. We are right in the centre of Bridlington, just a 2 minute walk from the beach, harbour, shopping centre and swimming pool. An excellent base to enjoy coastal attractions of Bridlington, or tour the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. Free parking is provided. Check-in is simple and convenient, with key-safe access and a host introduction at a time to suit you. The space This generously sized apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests, with 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a small single bedroom. The apartment is centrally heated with electric storage heaters which can be manually adjusted for your comfort. With a private front door and spacious entrance hall, there is ample storage space for bicycles. The self contained apartment is spread over 3 floors, with the living room , +kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and bedrooms on the second. Guests will need to be able to access stairs without difficulty (we have no lift). The kitchen is well equipped for self catering guests, providing an electric oven & hob, washing machine and dishwasher. We provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk and basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. Guests can opt to eat in, using the cooking facilities provided. There is an ample supply of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, and cookware and a spacious dining table/chairs which seats 6 people. The bathroom facilities include a modern walk in shower and bath. We provide bath sheets and towels for guests. There is a separate toilet. The dining room is a comfortable and relaxing space, with a large corner sofa which seats up to 6 adults comfortably. There is a modern 44 inch flat screen television, contemporary electric fire and a sample of traditional board games for your entertainment. *PLEASE NOTE - Between 2nd September 2019 and 15th March 2020, the local Town Council are undertaking some building work to a neighbouring property. This should not affect our weekend guests but there is likely to be some noise disturbance during the week (Mon-Friday 8am - 5pm). For this reason, we have amended our midweek pricing structure and are currently offering significantly discounted rates during this period. Guest access Fully self contained apartment. Includes with 3 bedrooms, bath & shower room, separate toilet, kitchen & dining room and lounge. The apartment front door is located adjacent to designer Homeware store called 'Copperwood' at the top on Marshall Avenue. Other things to note *Car registration number required in advance of check in for virtual car parking pass to be arranged. *Check in is strictly 3pm in order for our Housekeeper to ensure that the apartment is spotlessly clean for your arrival. *Bins (Green for household and Blue for re-cycleable items) are situated to the front on the apartment.
