Do you want to live quietly but centrally? Our spacious apartment on the edge of the pedestrian zone of Northeim with its own parking space at the back of the building is waiting for you. The parking space can be found via the street "Am Kalandshaus." The space From the entrance on Breiten Straße, you enter the ground floor through a cozy TV or reading room via a few steps into the living and dining room. The kitchen with dining area for two people offers a baking stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The sound situation has improved due to the renovation and new furnishings in early 2022, and two separate bedrooms for two people each have been created. An additional sleeping option for up to two people is available on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The shower and toilet are located in the basement. The anteroom in front of the bathroom in the basement is suitable for drying your clothes.
