The Old Post Office, providing a lovely 3 bedroom character suite, with private, off road parking and a sunny private courtyard to enjoy outside eating and relaxation.. Situated in the beautiful village of Alne, 10 miles from York and access to Harrogate, the Dales, the North York Moors and the Coast. The Area has just been awarded "one of the Best Places to Live in the UK" by The Sunday Times. Stylish, Egyptian cotton bedding on all beds and providing everything you will want for your stay. The space As you enter the property across the Courtyard and through the Oak Porch you step into a light and airy hallway. To the left is a doorway to the Kitchen/Living space, ahead the oak staircase leads upstairs. The kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances, a dining table and has patio doors that open onto the Courtyard. The Living space has two large sofas, coffee table and a 42" Smart TV with access to all streaming channels. Upstairs, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms, (2 double and 1 Queen sized bed) all with built in wardrobes, dressing tables and reading lights over the beds. The suite has private access, full Wifi, underfloor heating downstairs and thermostatic radiators in all bedrooms. We can provide a Travel Cot and High Chair. Guest access Guests have free exclusive access to the whole suite. Other things to note We are meticulous on our cleaning and given these unique times we undertake a "full deep clean" before and after our guests stay. In addition to our usual hand-wash and toiletries, we will provide hand sanitiser and anti bacterial wipes.
