The space Spend your days fishing, boating, swimming, or simply relaxing in the huge grassy yard along the water. The private double-decker dock has two boat slips - one open slip available for guest use, and a second slip with a boat lift that is not functional and is not for guest use. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit in the yard, cook dinner at the grill on the covered deck, chill around the fire table or relax on the covered porch. The whole house has been fully upgraded, with comfortable beds and updated bathrooms throughout. It sleeps up to 8 guests across three distinct sleeping spaces: downstairs, a private bedroom with a queen bed; upstairs, the master bedroom with a king bed; and the loft, its own space with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, TV, and dresser - good for kids, teens, or a group that wants extra room. You'll also find covered parking, a Tesla charger, inviting living spaces, and a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're planning a weekend getaway, a fishing trip, or an extended lake stay, Hideaway Cove on Lake Granbury offers waterfront recreation, outdoor living, and comfortable space for the whole group. Kayaks and life jackets provided. Notes: The driveway is steep, so please drive carefully. We don't recommend bringing a boat trailer up and down the pathway leading to the house, as it's a narrow gravel road and can be difficult to navigate with a trailer. Instead, we recommend launching your boat at one of the nearby public ramps, such as the Granbury City Boat Ramp (about 8-10 minutes away). Once your boat is in the water, you can bring it to the property's dock and keep it tied there during your stay, then retrieve it from the launch ramp when you're ready to leave. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except any locked closet. Other things to note Pet Friendly We are pet-friendly and welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies for the pets. Please kindly refrain from allowing pets on the furniture. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time. Failure to comply may result in an additional $250 cleaning fee, and any damage beyond normal wear may be deducted from the refundable deposit.
