The Antico Casolare Uliveto (from 1865) is immersed in the countryside of Cava de' Tirreni, just 4 km from the center and the A3 highway. It enjoys a privileged position overlooking the valley up to Vesuvius, ideal for easily reaching the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum and the wonderful Amalfi Coast, which is only a few kilometers away. It is also located near the airports of Naples (50 km) and Salerno (35 km) and the international circuit of Naples-Sarno (22 km). The space The Antico Casolare Uliveto is surrounded by 50,000 square meters of countryside and divided into 3 apartments for guests (CILIEGIO, MELOGRANO, MANDORLO) and one for a family of farmers. *** CASA CILIEGIO (113 sqm) is a spacious and comfortable apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends. It has recently been completely renovated along with the rest of the property. The living area includes: • An entrance, a dining room and a bright living room with access to an equipped panoramic terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with a breathtaking view; • An antique kitchen with original 19th-century majolica and a fully equipped modern kitchen with direct access to the back garden, where you will find a marble dining table, a barbecue, and a wisteria pergola that creates an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. The sleeping area has: • Three bedrooms: one double with private bathroom, a second double, and a third bedroom with two single beds; • Two bathrooms: one en-suite and a second full bathroom. Additional services Casa Ciliegio is equipped with every comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay: • Free Wi-Fi to stay connected; • Air conditioners and heating; • Dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron, hairdryer and an outdoor solar shower, for summer periods, for moments of outdoor relaxation; • Washing machine available outside, near the kitchen door. In addition, we have an agreement with the Hotel Diecimare, located just 600 meters away, which allows you to access the hotel's swimming pool by paying an entrance fee. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the 113-square-meter apartment and the adjacent garden, a large green space of about 500 square meters where they can relax, eat outdoors, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Other things to note Upon arrival, the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Cava de' Tirreni will be required in cash, equal to € 1.50 per day per person (excluding minors under the age of 12), up to a maximum of 4 consecutive days. Consumption included in the price. For electricity only, consumption will be charged if it exceeds the agreed amount (10 kilowatt-hours per day). Kilowatt surplus will be calculated at 0.7 euros/kwatt There is a connection by public transport (bus 067 Cava - S.
