Guest access Guests renting the main house have access to the entire main residence, including all indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor gathering areas, beach access, and other amenities specifically described in the listing. Please note that the garage and the apartment located above the garage are not included with the main house rental. The apartment is a separate accommodation that sleeps two and can be booked separately. It may be occupied by other guests during your stay. For privacy and security, guests of the main house do not have access to the garage, the apartment, or the apartment's private entrance and deck areas. We ask all guests to respect the privacy of others sharing the property and enjoy the areas designated for their reservation. Other things to note * The pizza oven is not functional at this time. Pet-Friendly Accommodations Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. For your convenience, both the main house and the apartment have dog kennels available for guest use.
