Set up: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with air-conditioning, king-size bed, multi-purpose wardrobe, 1 bedroom with fan, 1 bunk bed, multi-purpose wardrobe, living room with sofa, fan, pouf, open channel TV, dining table, full kitchen (pots, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery and basic utensils) with microwave. 1 bwc, service area with washing machine and clothesline. Fast internet and security cameras. Closed parking with electronic gate for up to 5 small cars, i.e., one space per apartment; and outdoor parking lot in front of the property for up to 2 vans or SUVs. Cistern with 5,000 liters of water reserve + 4 water tanks with 1,000 liters each (individual portable charcoal barbecues per apartment) (WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS, SOAPS, SHAMPOO, BEACH CHAIR AND SUNGUARD, ETC. WE PROVIDE SHEETS, BLANKETS, PILLOWS AND DUVETS). Guest access Outdoor patio, yard, individual service area with washing tank and clothesline. Other things to note (WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS, SOAPS, SHAMPOO, BEACH CHAIR AND SUNGUARD, ETC. WE PROVIDE SHEET, BLANKET, PILLOW, SEASON AND DUVET). Close to the sports court, easy access to Bombinhas beach, 4 islands and Mariscal. One block from the market and 3 blocks from any type of commerce. Guidelines for guests - We kindly ask: 1) For everyone's convenience, we ask that you follow the rules regarding the number of people per apartment, as in the 2-bedroom apartments, there is a maximum of 5 people, two people in the double room, two people in the single room and one person on the extra mattress in the living room. In the 1-bedroom apartment, it is for a maximum of three people. If you arrive with extra people, we won't accept it, and there's no point in insisting. 2) Obey the check-in times, which start after 3 p.m. and check-out, which is at 10 a.m. 3) Check, at the end of the stay and always before leaving, that the air-conditioning and stove are turned off; 4) Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas; 5) Keep noise down after 10 p.m. 6) We love animals and accept small pets, 1 pet per apartment. However, if your pet is not calm and is not used to being alone at home, we would like to ask you to kindly not leave them locked alone inside the apartment when you leave. If you cannot take them with you, leave them in the outdoor area behind the apartment, which is also comfortable and covered, and can thus shelter them quietly for a few hours, to prevent them from becoming stressed and damaging the furniture of the property, as the damaged furniture will have to be replaced by the guest at the same time. - At the end of the stay: 1) Hand over the apartment keys and the gate control to the co-hosts, Leandro or Liane; 2) Collect the trash, clean your portable barbecue grill and wash the dishes; IMPORTANT: - We have 5 closed parking spaces for small cars - one (1) space per apartment/unit. And, two (2) external spaces for pickup trucks, SUVs, and for those with two (2) cars. - We provide 1 set of clean bed linen per bed (pillow and pillowcase, sheet and a mid-season blanket to cover yourself) and 1 complimentary toilet paper. - We DO NOT provide towels. - Bed linen will not be changed during your entire stay and we do not have toilet paper for replacement. If you need extra bed linen, we suggest you bring it. As a reminder: - We are not an inn, but rather vacation rental apartments, so we do not have hotel and inn services. - The cleaning fee that is charged by Airbnb is a one-time fee, to leave the apartment clean and in the same state of cleanliness as when you entered. If you need extra cleaning, we can refer someone to perform the service, but they will charge for the extra service. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and wish you a great stay.
