Quietly located in an idyllic location by the river & yet only 5 minutes by car/10 minutes by bike to the beautiful old town of SHA with the famous theater, brine bath, sauna, mini golf on the island, poetry slam, light festival, open-air museum The space Rosengarten-Tullau is wonderfully quiet in the countryside – at night you hear almost nothing here. Nevertheless, you are in 5 minutes by car in the beautiful historic old town of Schwäbisch Hall with its charming sights, the Würth art exhibitions, the unique theater on the stairs, 3 cinemas, the park, mini golf island, open-air museum, and much more. The region is enchanting for hikes, Tullau is located on the river, a swimming lake is less than 10 minutes away by car. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here. You will have a whole, 52 sqm, ecologically & therefore allergy-free renovated, smoke-free 2-room ground floor apartment for yourself: • 1 double bed bedroom (metal-free) • 2 sofas in the living room • 1 sofa in the kitchen-living room FURNISHING: • The beautiful, large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped: table, 4 chairs, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, espresso maker, stove & oven, dishes & pots, high-quality cutlery & reasonable knives, drinks supply for a fee • Children's high chair, children's plastic dishes (2x) • The bathroom has a bathtub for showering. Shower & small towels each 1 x pP available. • Books & games • Cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron, ironing board • Beds are made, extra linen available • Fan for midsummer • Mobile phone charging station • Mini shop • 1 parking space per apartment free of charge • You are welcome to share the terrace in the beautiful garden: the front part of the garden is for shared use, the back is private. DONT'S: • Smoking only outdoors! No cigarettes on the floor! • Do not let dogs jump freely in the garden (food cultivation). • Do not leave pets alone in the apartment. • Do not pick flowers! • No open fire! • No parties! • No extra guests without registration. • Observe quiet hours: 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. • Do not leave the key inside when you check out. • The apartments are not child-safe - please take care of your kids yourself. PETS: Easy-care, quiet & house-trained pets are welcome by arrangement & with €69 extra costs. Dog owners please vacuum 1x roughly even with check-out (allergy of the cleaning lady). WORTH KNOWING: • We speak English and German. • There is a parking space per apartment directly at the house for you. • Stable Wi-Fi is included free of charge. SECURITY DEPOSIT: • Installers, dog owners & when booking with children, a €250- € deposit due. This will be refunded in cash or transferred if we are not on site at your check-out.
