Cityloft 1 will be expanded in 2018 to include Cityloft 2, which is designed for four people. The two lofts are right next to each other. Cityloft 1 was completed in December 2017 and has premium amenities. All rooms are equipped with pleasant, healthy low-temperature underfloor heating in the cold season. Balcony: The entrance to Cityloft 1 is on the west side via an external staircase that opens onto a magnificent, generously covered balcony 2 meters wide and 5 meters long. The balcony is great for relaxing at sunset. Kitchen: The furnishings include a fully equipped, fully functioning, large, new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, extractor hood, large refrigerator, extra freezer and a dining table for six people. In the kitchen there is a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, teapot and dishes and cutlery for 10 people. Dish towels and dishwasher tabs as well as waste bins (waste separation) are provided. Living room: In the living room there is a new couch with bed function (140 x 200 cm) as well as a new TV and desk with power connection. Game collection in the TV cabinet. The evening lighting can be adjusted as required. Natural wood oak flooring. Bathroom: The exclusive designer bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. Rainforest shower, bathtub, bidet, double washbasin with large mirror cabinet ensures a cozy ambience. A hand towel and shower towel are available for each guest. Walls and floor tiled. Red and blue bedrooms: Both bedrooms each contain two beds with allergy-free bed linen, two cabinets, two bedside tables, a desk with lamp, a clothes rack. Natural oak flooring. Room temperature can be electronically controlled during the heating period. Guest access Access to the property of Cityloft 1 is through the large entrance gate on the west side. If this is closed, it is also possible to enter the property on the north side. Access to the apartment is only via the western outside staircase. Other things to note Cityloft 1 is located in a mixed area with retail, commercial and residential areas.
