The cottage in the immediate vicinity of the forest is located in the village of Rynartice and provides accommodation for 8 people in three bedrooms. 50m from the house, a private tennis court can be used by arrangement for a fee of 100 CZK/hour. The cottage has two floors, a fenced garden with seating and barbecue. Guests have access to a cozy living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. A baby cot is not available. On the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and toilet, the other with a shower and toilet). There's a separate toilet in the attic. The cottage is heated by a wood fireplace or direct heaters. Wood consumption is included in the price of the stay. The cottage has WIFI, TV/SAT, washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, ceramic hob, toaster). Tennis court. Parking for 2 - 3 cars directly on the fenced plot next to the cottage. The surrounding area offers plenty of options for a quiet holiday. Hiking trails, cycling routes, possibility to visit monuments on the Czech and German side of the border. 26 km from the cottage are the popular thermal baths of Bad Schandau and the natural beauty of Saxon Switzerland. Other things to note A refundable deposit of CZK 2,500 is paid on the spot and the possible rental of a tennis court (CZK 100/hour) is paid. Only guests of the cottage can rent the tennis court. It is not rented to the public. So you will not be disturbed by anyone. Dogs are welcome at the cottage, but in a maximum of 3. One dog is free, for each additional dog 100 CZK/day is paid on the spot
